NOTICE:

2012 Parking Permits are now available for purchase.

If you would like to purchase a 2012 Residential Parking Permit, these will be available for purchase this Sunday, January 15th, from 4 - 5:30 p.m. at the Amenity Center.
Please bring a check made out to "Oak Parke HOA" for $20 (no cash accepted) which provides you with 2 Hanging/Temporary permits & 2 Sticker Permits that are valid for the 2012 calendar year.

For those of you new to Oak Parke or those that need a reminder of who this pertains to, please read the following information:
  • Due to overflow parking from Bowie High School and the inability of our neighborhood residents to have street parking in front of their houses, several of our streets have been designated by the City of Austin as Residential Parking Only.
  • The designated streets include:  Aspen Creek Pkwy (entire block) , Wolftrap (entire block), Sawmill Drive (3600 - 3916), Salida (10200 - 10205), Shavano (3916 - 4005), & Malone Drive (addresses 3625 - 3721)
  • Residential Parking Permits are used by residents to enable them to have street parking Mon - Fri 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
  • If your residence is in one of the designated areas, your personal vehicles as well as any visitors  to your residence during the above listed time, if parking in the street, must display a current Area 10 parking permit.  Without this permit, the vehicles could be ticketed.
If you have any questions, please contact Holly @ oakparkeparking@gmail.com.

Kind Regards,
Holly Leoni

Certain streets or blocks in Oak Parke are covered by the City of Austin’s Residential Parking Permit Program (RPPP). Under this program, street parking in the areas covered by the program is disallowed Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., unless the car has a valid RPPP window sticker or permit hung from its inside mirror. This program is designed to reserve street parking for Oak Parke residents and their intended visitors.

The program is only effective on certain blocks where the RPPP signs are posted. If you live in these areas and wish to have a permit for your family or intended visitors, you may contact Oak Parke resident Holly Leoni (oakp... @clickhere.com) for more information.

Oak Parke has a very favorable working relationship with the City of Austin to ensure our safety and security. The Residential Parking Permit Program is fine evidence of this.
