Activities Committee - Objectives: Organize public events for Oak Parke homeowners, families, adults and children.  Activities might include social get-together's, neighborhood garage sales, park and pool events, and similar functions.

Landscape Committee - Objectives: Check the grounds for problems such as sprinkler heads leaking, foliage dying, trees that need pruning, lamps that need fixing.  Make suggestions for additional landscape ideas and report any problems.

Park Committee - Objectives: To check the park and playscape to make sure they are in good condition and report and problems or concerns

Pool Committee - Objective: To receive comments from homeowners about problems and concerns about the pool area.  Walk the pool at least once a week during the pool season.  Give suggestions for improvements and report and problems.

Architectural Control Committee (ACC) - Objectives: Gather info from homeowners about upcoming home improvements projects and help assess those projects within the guidelines of the Deed Restrictions.

Safety Committee - Objectives: Help start a Neighborhood Watch group.  Work with our Austin Police Department District Representative (Josh Visi) to get ideas to deter crime and vandalism. Attend APD’s Commander’s Forum and Neighborhood Watch meetings and gather crime statistics about our neighborhood from APD.  Help address any traffic or parking issues.
