Activities Committee - Objectives: Organize public events for Oak Parke homeowners, families, adults and children.  Activities might include social get-together's, neighborhood garage sales, park and pool events, and similar functions.

Architectural Control Committee (ACC) - Objectives: Gather info from homeowners about upcoming home improvements projects and help assess those projects within the guidelines of the Deed Restrictions.

Landscape Committee - Objectives: Check the grounds for problems such as sprinkler heads leaking, foliage dying, trees that need pruning, lamps that need fixing.  Make suggestions for additional landscape ideas and report any problems.

Park Committee - Objectives: To check the park and playscape to make sure they are in good condition and report and problems or concerns

Pool Committee - Objective: To receive comments from homeowners about problems and concerns about the pool area.  Walk the pool at least once a week during the pool season.  Give suggestions for improvements and report and problems.

Residential Parking Permit Program (RPPP) - Under this program, street parking in the areas covered by the program is not allowed Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., unless the car has a valid RPPP window sticker or permit hung from its inside mirror. This program is designed to reserve street parking for Oak Parke residents and their intended visitors.
