Pool Key Fobs

Everything you wanted to know about Pool Key Fobs, but were afraid to ask!

    1. New Homeowner? - If you just recently bought a home in Oak Parke, then you should have received a pool key fob along with the keys to the mailbox and the keys to your home. If not, please contact your realtor or the previous homeowner and ask for the pool key fob. If all else fails, use the email address below.
    2. New Renter? - If you just rented a house in Oak Parke then you will need to get your pool key fob from the homeowner or management company where you signed your lease.
    3. Having problems with your pool key fob? - if your key fob does not work, please send an email to the address below and be sure to include all the pertinent information including the number on your fob
    4. Lost your key fob or need an extra? - Key fobs are $20 for lost or extra fobs. Please email the address below to request a new key fob (please note: if you are in violation of any deed restriction such as late HOA fee payments, then your key fob will be turned off until you become in compliance.

    Some other things to note:

    • Whether you're a homeowner or renter, or whether the key fob is in your possession or in your son's or daughter's possession, you, your family, and your guests are still required to comply with ALL the pool rules. Not knowing the rules does not excuse you from possible violations. Violating pool rules can result in a suspension of your pool privileges for up to 3 months. Make sure that your family and guests have read all the rules and understand them. Whenever there is a lifeguard on duty, he/she shall ALWAYS be the authority at the pool. In all other cases it is up to each homeowner to help enforce the pool rules and report violations.
    • The current key fob system is somewhat antiquated and requires that a board member manually visit the pool to update the information (activate the key fobs). Please keep in mind that as all services are with Oak Parke HOA, this is a volunteer service and while generally things are taken care of within 24 -48 hours, there may be times when activation of a key fob takes several days.
